Subject to these Terms, customers are permitted to use the brushes purchased from us to create original artwork, illustrations, designs, and other creative works for personal, commercial, or professional purposes.

Customers may sell, license, publish, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit their own original artwork created using our brushes. The resulting artwork belongs to the customer, provided that it does not incorporate or reproduce any of RenaSketch’s proprietary Content or Marks, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

For the avoidance of doubt, customers may sell artwork they create using our brushes, but they may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the brushes themselves or any Content belonging to RenaSketch.

This distinction is important because it makes clear that the brush is the tool, while the customer's finished artwork is their own creation.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, website designs, video, text, photographs, graphics, and other materials contained in or made available through the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (collectively, the “Marks”).

Our website Content, including but not limited to images, photographs, illustrations, artwork, graphics, videos, promotional materials, text, logos, and other visual or written materials, may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, modified, redistributed, resold, publicly displayed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.

Purchasing or using our brushes does not grant customers ownership of, or permission to use, reproduce, or redistribute any of RenaSketch’s website Content or Marks.

All rights in and to the Content and Marks are reserved unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final once the purchased files have been downloaded or accessed.

Because digital products can be immediately accessed and cannot be physically returned, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the files have been downloaded.

If you experience any issues with your purchase, such as missing files, corrupted files, download problems, or technical difficulties using the brushes, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or help resolve the issue.

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your purchased files, you may contact us to request a refund. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our approval.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
